FORBES -- On the day after the 2016 election, I had the great fortune to speak at a class in communication and rhetoric for San Francisco State. I say great fortune because preparing for that class gave me something to do rather than argue, complain, or mope that day. My talk was on the art and science of storytelling, how “big content trumped big data” in the election, and how we are entering an age where storytelling is becoming the biggest core competency for civic and commercial leaders. But I emphasized: this is especially true for Latino leaders, who are now faced with the task of rebuilding their collective narrative at a time of great uncertainty.
