Associate Dean Todd Roehrman Delves Into Faculty Matters
After several years focusing on the arts and events, Associate Dean Todd Roehrman will now take on a crucial role involving College of Liberal & Creative Arts faculty. As associate dean of faculty affairs beginning January 3, he will manage chair reviews and elections, faculty awards, lecturer reviews and committee procedures and assignments. He will also assist the dean with tenure-track faculty in their second-year, fourth-year, tenure and promotion reviews.
“Faculty development is the most important component in shaping the future of our College and University,” Interim Dean Daniel Bernardi says. “As associate dean for nearly three years and a tenured professor for more than a decade, Todd is well-positioned to lead our faculty on their paths to success.”
Roehrman’s most recent responsibilities as the College’s associate dean of research and performances will be reassigned. Research and Service Organizations (RSOs) will report to Bernardi. Michael Behrens, director of financial operations and comptroller, will manage performances in coordination with Bernardi, Roehrman and Associate Dean Susan Shimanoff.
