Ugo F. Edu, M.P.H., will examine issues of voluntary sterilization in Brazil. Edu uses interdisciplinary approaches to reproductive and sexual health, race, aesthetics, reproductive technologies and social justice with an emphasis on women, gender and sexuality. She is a postdoctoral fellow of SF State's Health Equity Institute. Free.
