There's an 'App' (and Essay) for That

The College of Liberal & Creative Arts presents a workshop on how to write the right essay or personal statement for scholarships, grants, graduate school or any similar application that comes your way. Jennifer Arin, academic adviser in the College's Advising Resource Center and a lecturer in English, will show students how to prepare the essay or personal statement required for scholarship, grant and graduate school applications. She will also offer tips to help with general writing assignments. February 26, noon - 1pm. March 29, 3:30pm - 5pm. Free.
