Based in San Francisco, Brass Over Bridges is an ensemble that understands that music is all about connection. Inspired by the Bay Area’s artistic community, Brass Over Bridges seeks to engage audiences with music across barriers of style and artistic discipline. In addition to performing concerts, Brass Over Bridges is passionate about supporting school music programs through outreach performances designed to educate and inspire young musicians.

Founded in 2017, the women of Curium piano trio have gained reputations as performers that radiate dynamism and presence. Specializing in performing the music of female composers, they are committed to bringing creative and diverse musical programming to their audiences. Curium highlights the works of women composers and performers alongside traditional piano trio repertoire and has brought together a community of people with its representation of diversity and women.
Curium is the winner of the 2017 Barbara Fritz Chamber Music Award, sponsored by the Berkeley Piano Club. Its members hail from the Cleveland Institute of Music, San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Bard College Conservatory.
The Alaya Project

The Alaya Project is the essential bridge between the intricate Carnatic style of Indian classical music and contemporary jazz and funk. Born in the cultural bastion of Oakland, The Alaya Project explores new textures and perspectives built over two decades of friendship, dialogue, and musical immersion across genres and continents.
