ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER -- Caroline Nguyen, an 18-year-old Westminster resident and San Francisco State University sophomore, now has an Indiegogo fundraising campaign to help her generate the $7,600 she needs to help produce a documentary on human trafficking. The project is slated to be presented during TED Talks September 19-20 at Soka University. The documentary will be a mix of re-enactments detailing how to spot potential victims of human trafficking and statistical information on the pervasiveness of the illegal trade.
