Professor Tuman Talks Baseball: Keeping the A's in Oakland

ATHLETICS NATION -- This installment features Joe Tuman, a UC Berkeley graduate and Oakland resident and current professor at San Francisco State University. As a professor, he teaches government, politics, and constitutional law.
