Alum Jeffrey Tambor Hung Out at SF State as a Child

OUR WINDSOR -- This crazy career of his began in his hometown of San Francisco at a very early age. “I lived across the street from a theatre and I’d watch these kids from San Francisco State rehearsing. I’d just sit in the auditorium for hours at a time and watch them do their scenes. Finally they let me help them strike their sets and it felt so right immediately. “It was beautiful and warm and connected and I understood it immediately. Wow. You could reorder life and make it turn out the way you wanted. I’ve known that’s where my life should be since I was 8 years old.”
