Libby Schaaf Defeats Professor Tuman, Others in Oakland Mayor's Race

INSIDE BAY AREA/OAKLAND TRIBUNE -- Schaaf nearly doubled Quan’s tally of first-place 16,243 to 8,819 with all precincts reporting. Rounding out the top five were Kaplan, San Francisco State Professor Joe Tuman and civil rights attorney Dan Siegel.
