Accelerate your path to graduation this summer — with convenience. The College of Liberal & Creative Arts is offering 150 sections throughout four sessions, including many high-demand and upper-division general-education courses. Fulfill those English composition prerequisites, explore sex and the law and try your hand at painting or drawing.
With more than 20 online courses available, you can study from anywhere in the world.
Register beginning April 6.
A change in how summer at SF State is run — supported publicly instead of through the University’s College of Extended Learning — will help provide more course options, particularly for the high-demand classes required for graduation. This is the first year since 2009 that SF State has offered summer classes as a state-supported term.
Adding flexibility in your wallet, the state-supported summer school boosts financial aid opportunities. State University Grants and Pell Grants are among the available types of financial aid. Need a place to stay? On-campus housing is available.
Flexibility also comes in the form of scheduling. Choose among five-week, eight-week and 10-week sessions to ensure you still have time to pursue your passions (and maybe find some sunshine).
