Bay Area Reporter Recommends 'No' Vote on Student-Sponsored Ballot Measure

BAY AREA REPORTER -- This is a well-meaning measure crafted by students in an American government class at San Francisco State University along with their professor. We say well meaning, because the intention is to further bring transparency into public access to government board and commission meetings. However, this measure has unintended consequences that would render public meetings essentially unmanageable.
