This summer, kick your feet up and study. The College of Liberal & Creative Arts is offering 141 sections throughout four sessions, including many high-demand and upper-division general-education courses that will help you graduate faster. Fulfill English composition prerequisites, explore rock ‘n’ roll since the 1960s and try your hand at screen printing.

With more than 31 online courses available, you can study from anywhere in the world, including your bed.

Register beginning April 4. Classes begin June 6.

Adding flexibility in your wallet, financial aid is available in the state-supported summer school. State University Grants are available, reducing students’ local fees to $189 for six units. Students with Pell grants may apply any remaining funds from their 2015 – 2016 awards toward summer classes. Students will automatically be considered for summer financial aid if they have submitted their 2015 – 2016 FAFSA or California Dream Application and are eligible to receive financial aid.

Flexibility also comes in the form of scheduling. Choose among five-week, eight-week and 10-week sessions to allow you time to still pursue your passions (while perhaps finding a new passion in class).

Priority registration is given to current SF State students, but classes are also open to the public through Open University.

On-campus housing is available.
