Alum Khadija Fredericks Named Head of School at Saint Andrew's Episcopal

BUSINESS INSIDER -- Fredericks brings 23 years of experience as a teacher and administrator to Saint Andrew’s. She has served since 2013 as the director of Lower School at St. Paul’s Episcopal School, a well-regarded independent school in Oakland. She also worked as the director of admissions/enrollment management at St. Paul’s from 2006 to 2013 and as a first-grade teacher from 2001 to 2006. Prior to her arrival at St. Paul’s, Fredericks taught kindergarten at the Harker School in San Jose from 1998 to 2001.

She holds a Master’s degree in elementary education from Columbia University and earned her Bachelor's degree at San Francisco State University.
