KPFA-FM (BERKELEY) -- Anthony D’Agostino is professor of History, San Francisco State University, and the author of The Rise of Global Powers: International Politics in the Era of World Wars and The Russian Revolution: 1917 – 1945.
D’Agostino says that he believes Russia President Vladimir Putin is stronger than ever despite the proposed sanctions, with one exception.
“It looks as if the new ... national security adviser, John Bolton, and Trump will now have their eye on the Mid-East and ... on Iran and on splitting Russia from Iran,” D’Agostino says.
