UKIAH DAILY JOURNAL -- Timothy (Timi) Near graduated from Ukiah High in 1962. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of arts in theatre at San Francisco State College, attended Advanced Acting School New York City and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Timi performed with the Holly Near Tour from 1975 to 1985. She has appeared in television and stage performances all over the USA.
