DAILY DEMOCRAT (WOODLAND) -- “Bodeanu turned her personal interest and passion for museums into a profession through higher education and work experience,” stated Gabor. “She completed degrees in both English and art history from UC Berkeley and earned a master’s degree in museum studies with an emphasis in museum education from San Francisco State University. Bodeanu also received a teaching credential from UC Davis, which will further inform her work on educational exhibits and programs.”

In addition to serving as the interim museum curator for Yolo County, Bodeanu has worked at a number of history and arts organizations throughout Northern California, helping to carry out the missions of these cultural organizations.

Her experience includes working with docents at the Sonoma County Museum in Santa Rosa, implementing educational programming for Verge Center for the Arts in Sacramento and developing fundraising events at the California Agricultural Museum in Woodland.
