Former Student Danny Glover Comes Home to Rural Georgia, Where His Grandparents Had a Farm

AUGUSTA CHRONICLE (GEORGIA) -- When he was a student at San Francisco State, Glover had worked refinishing floors and laying tile. He went to work building his grandparents a septic system.

“There was a trailer on the farm and me, my grandmother and him all slept in that trailer,” Glover said. “I remember the mosquitoes were kicking my butt building that septic tank. But you know, I think that was the first time he really saw me.”
