KALW-FM, BINAH (SAN FRANCISCO) -- Cultural critic Susie Linfield discusses how 20th-century intellectuals struggled with Zionism, and how the contemporary left has become focused on anti-Zionism while Israel itself has moved rightward.
Her new book is The Lions’ Den: Zionism and the Left from Hannah Arendt to Noam Chomsky.
She’s joined in conversation by Eran Kaplan, professor in Israel Studies at San Francisco State University.
