LOUISVILLE BUSINESS FIRST (KENTUCKY) -- Olivia Griffin likely isn’t who you would picture when thinking of a business owner. In fact, nothing about her is cookie-cutter — from her cotton-candy colored hair down to her bright, patterned outfits.
That creative style translates into both of her businesses — The Mysterious Rack, a hat shop at 558 South Fourth Street, and The Limbo, a tiki bar and lounge at 411 West Chestnut Street, around the corner from her hat shop.
Griffin, a native of San Francisco, started her entrepreneurial career right after she graduated from San Francisco State University. At 22, she bought a 95-year-old hat shop in her hometown with three other partners.
