Alum Kelly Autumn Named Sonoma Community Center Artist in Residence

SONOMA INDEX-TRIBUNE -- Autumn is a multi-disciplinary artist originally from Santa Rosa. She has a degree in fashion and textiles from San Francisco State University.

Autumn’s focus in printmaking is a unique mixed-media approach combining specific aspects of printmaking — intaglio, relief, planography and stencil within her work. Many of her prints use recycled paint and inks, reclaimed papers, or up-cycled fiber materials naturally inspired by her environment. She is using plant fibers from the center’s gardens in her work produced while in Sonoma.
