Former Student Leonard Williams Runs for Barstow City Council

VICTORVILLE DAILY PRESS -- Before joining the military, he was majoring in International Relations, with a minor in Economics, at San Francisco State University but had to drop out to better provide for his family.

Williams has two sons and currently works for the Department of Navy.
