Has COVID-19 affected our ability to get a good night’s sleep? In this documentary short, three students share their experiences of finding the balance between working and finding a calming ground — in their bedrooms-turned-office spaces.

A National Institutes of Health report from 2014 reported that 70 percent of college students sleep less than eight hours a day. More than 80 percent stated loss of sleep negatively affects their academic performance.
