SFGATE -- The funnyman appeared on Tuesday night’s episode of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and poked gentle fun at President Joe Biden for being too nice, relatable and soft spoken.
When Carvey was 3 years old, his family moved from Montana to San Carlos. He attended Tierra Linda Junior High in San Carlos and Carlmont High in Belmont. He attended SF State University where in 1977 he won the San Francisco Standup Comedy Competition.
