Professor Emeritus Moses Rischin Recognized as Pioneering Scholar of American Jewish History

Credit goes to Polish born Salo W. Baron at Columbia; American born Jacob Rader Marcus who established the American Jewish Archives at Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati; Arthur A. Goren who taught at Columbia; Moses Rischin at San Francisco State University; and Naomi W. Cohen of Hunter College of the City University of New York and Columbia University.
