SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE -- Jassen Todorov, violinist and professor of violin at San Francisco State University, shot National Geographic’s Monday photo of the day. It's a picture taken while flying his 1976 Piper Warrior 11,000 feet above the ground, of the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park. Todorov gives flight instruction as well as violin lessons.
