Sheppard is a freelance dancer and choreographer. She has danced with companies such as AXIS Dance Company, Full Radius Dance Company, GDance and Ballet Cymru and Infinity Dance Theater. She is also the co-founder of SheppardDeS, a duet company that questions mainstream representations of disabled, racialized bodies.
