Antoniy Kakamakov performs both as a soloist and with the Pacific Guitar Ensemble, a group consisting of San Francisco Conservatory of Music guitar faculty and selected alumni. He has appeared in concerts at La Guitarra California, Guitar Foundation of America, Omni Foundation Guitar Series, Cranbrook Music Guild and the Seattle, South Bay, Sacramento and Sierra Nevada guitar societies, and more. Free.

Kakamakov has given performances and master classes at Portland State University, Humboldt State University, UC Santa Cruz and others. He is the classical guitar teacher at Oakland School for the Arts. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, studying with David Tanenbaum and Sergio Assad.
