The 14th international biennial Feminist Theory and Music Conference bears the theme "Still I Rise," embracing Maya Angelou's poem and exploring music in relation the African diaspora, diverse communities, feminism, gender and sexuality. Conference director: Dee Spencer. July 27: 3:30pm - 7pm. July 28: 9am - 6:15pm. July 29: 9am - 5:30pm. July 30: 9:30am - noon. $40 - $160.
