Jack Quartet to Perform at SF State's Morrison Artists Series

SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE -- For its free concert as part of San Francisco State University’s invaluable Morrison Artists Series, the quartet seems determined to highlight that versatility. The program includes a string quartet by the young Canadian composer Zosha di Castri, John Zorn’s dark Necronomicon and Elliott Carter’s String Quartet No. 3, which dates back to 1971.
