MOUNTAIN DEMOCRAT (PLACERVILLE) -- Sacramento Theatre Company is proud to welcome Ian Hopps back to take on the title role in “Hamlet.” Audiences may remember Hopps from last season’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” where he played the role of Puck. Hopps is a graduate of San Francisco State University where he earned his degree in theatre arts with an emphasis in performance. Audiences may have seen him perform in the area with Davis Shakespeare, Big Idea Theatre or Capital Stage.
