Mokhtar Paki’s painting Two Fabulouses
Recognizing the powerful role of LGBTQIA literature in the Iranian diaspora, writers Nina Mir, Danny Rafinejad and Dena Rod read from their work. Artist and writer Mokhtar Paki will lead a “naghali” performance, drawing on Iran’s rich oral storytelling tradition. Free (registration required).
This event will be held by video conference on Zoom.
This event is part of Out in the Diaspora, a Pride Month celebrating the Iranian diaspora LGBTQIA community.
