Alum Rhodesia Ransom Runs for San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors

STOCKTON RECORD -- Ransom, who grew up in San Francisco, earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University and a master’s in public administration from Golden Gate University. She moved to Tracy about two decades ago and co-founded Sow A Seed Community Foundation, a nonprofit agency that mentors 650 children daily and offers resources to improve the social, emotional and behavioral health of youth throughout San Joaquin County, in partnership with school districts, public safety professionals and businesses.
