SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE -- At San Francisco State, senior James Aguilar uploaded his vaccination card in early July, but it’s still “awaiting review,” and his campus status reads “not compliant.”
If that’s frustrating for Aguilar, it’s infuriating for Gene Chelberg, associate vice president for student affairs, who handles COVID-19 safety for the campus.
