How to Be a Better Collaborative Journalist

Sarahbeth Maney (class of 2019) also known as SB, is a staff photojournalist at The Detroit Free Press and vice Ppresident of The Michigan Press Photographers Association (MPPA). She previously covered national politics at The New York Times Washington bureau as a 2021–22 photography fellow. In 2022, Maney became the first photographer to receive the National Association of Black Journalists Michael J. Feeney Emerging Journalist of the Year Award.
