Overview
Please note: The Juilliard Quartet program previously announced has been changed, due to the death of the quartet’s violist, Roger Tapping. The Quartet will honor Roger’s memory with a program of piano quartets featuring pianist Anna Polonsky.
Founded in 1946 and hailed by the Boston Globe as "the most important American quartet in history," the Juilliard String Quartet draws on a deep and vital engagement to the classics, while embracing the mission of championing new works, a vibrant combination of the familiar and the daring.
