The Extraordinary Ideas Grants support innovative and creative cross-disciplinary research and activities that result from collaboration across programs, departments and colleges.
The Professional Development Committee especially encourages proposals that focus on promoting social/racial justice.
Eligibility: These grants are open to all LCA faculty and staff. Each grant proposal must have at least two sponsors. Each of the two sponsors must be from different disciplines/programs/departments in LCA. Collaboration can extend beyond the college with colleagues in other colleges so long as the two co-sponsors are from LCA.
Award Applications will be reviewed by the LCA’s Professional Development Committee and Interim Dean Ifeoma Nwankwo.
